Reporting An Incident

 

To report known or suspected identity theft or an incident of noncompliance, please complete the Red Flags Incident Report or send an email to audit@ucf.edu. University Audit will coordinate efforts with the Information Security Office, Security Incident Response Team, law enforcement, and the victim (if appropriate) to determine the appropriate response and steps for risk mitigation.

An unintentional release of personal information that is not connected with a covered account or an act of known or suspected identity theft is a data security breach that must be reported to the Information Security Office, Security Incident Response Team, by calling (407) 823-5117 or by emailing sirt@ucf.edu.
